| Ride Description: Home to bike path at Capital, had a skinny lycra-clad apparently real biker pass me as I was just past Engleman. I say real biker because he had not a spare breath to say hello as he passed. And he was gone quickly enough I couldn't say anything to him. Followed him a bit and ended up going not too far on Old Potash because the wind, once again, was blech. Also still fighting lower back and ball of foot pain. Went back to the townhouse to change out my insoles and to play around with saddle position. Was going to get out some more, but didn't feel that great. Same reason I didn't get spin bike miles tonight. |
