Have always biked since a young'un ... my first bike bought myself was a big Merida Drifter MTB back in 2000. Has been used for the occasional off-road trip, but has now evolved into a commuter bike and my main form of transport.
Currently I enjoy riding along the river Torrens in to Uni most days. |

| Description: A big, solid hardtail - still with the original basic Shimano gears, and basic but workable suspension.
I've adapted it primarily for city commuting with some Maxxis Detonator thinner tires, and a Topeak rack.
