History:

Began riding in September 2007 for fitness and to lose weight. Still in the process of both. Rode 4100 miles rides in 2010. As a kid I have done several 50 miler Bike-A-Thons on a heavy steel 10 speed and a 3 speed internal hub geared bike with bananna seat and orange flag. 120 miles has been my longest 1 day ride in this years 2011 Triple By Pass. Plan on riding 5000 miles in 2011. Started racing this year as a Cat 5.
