History:

Fat guy trying to get fit and, most importantly, stay fit. I'm too old for the weight gain/loss cycle I've experienced most of my life. Over the last couple of years I've lost about 120 pounds and I'm trying to lose 15 or 20 more while running and cycling my way fit. It's been a few years since I rode my bike with any consistency and I just recently added the bike to my running regimen.
