History:

Started mountain biking about 12 years ago. A few years later joined the Swamp Club (southwest association of mountain bike pedaler / Fl.)Started getting my family involved one by one. I have 4 kids (15,13,12,9) and my wife. Started upgrading from my hardtail to a full suspension and addd bikes fot the kids and wife. No Wal-Mart specials. Started racing in the Florida Citrus City Cyclocross Series on a hardtail racebike. I was given a road bike ( Lemond Buenos Aries) that was donated to Chainwheel Drive in Clearwater. That opened up a whole new and different world of riding for me. Just recently purchased a Lemond Poprod cyclocross bike to use in the races. All of my kids participate in mountain biking and cyclocross. My 9 yr old was the state champion in the 6-8 class as a 6 and 8 yr. old last year, my 12 yr.old won the state championship also last year in the 9-11 div.and the others have podiumed at almost every race with my best race being second.
