In July 2010 I started the Atkins Diet.(Again) Over the next 14 months I lost 126 lbs. as part of my lifestyle change I started walking on the treadmill and riding a exercise bike. When I got to a weight I could "handle" I pulled out my mountain bike and hit the paths....found bike journal and started logging my rides as a way to keep track of my progress... 2011 - I think it's time for a road bike
