History:

...was a steady bike commuter in my teen years. A fair weather city commuter in my twenties. In 2003 at age 49 I began again doing occasional work commutes and trail riding for fitness and health. Since using BikeJournal I have increased my biking effort significantly.

Keeping statistics and a journal, helps set and accomplish goals. Unfortunately, it has also revealed the insipid decline of aging (relatively minor), indicated by a performance decline on my daily work-outs/commutes.
