Explored the limits of heat exhaustion yesterday. Not intentionally, just worked out that way. Hit the trails at 7 a.m. with 3 liters of water, managed to go through every drop by the time I got to the 22.5 mile mark. At 23.5 my leg was trying to cramp when holding still in the ready position at an intersection. At 24.8 I got back home and was able to wring sweat out of my jersey as though I had just gone through a downpour.

I feel your pain, went through the same thing on my ride yesterday. It can be dangerous riding in this heat. Heat exhaustion has a way of sneaking up on you.
