Stop and think about this a second ... ten straight years where the guy went out and rode his bike every single day. That's an amazing accomplishment. Most marriages don't last that long. I feel like I accomplish something when I ride ten DAYS consecutively. Bravo, Smoab!

Do indoor rides on the stationary bike in the gym count?
-- posted by MLC40

Yup...must ride 40 minutes at least or 6.2 mile equivalent. At a cadence of 80 to 85 I think 40 minutes does that but I'm not a math professional.

I'm glad you changed the terminology from indoor trainer to stationary bike because I was starting to worry because, at my age, 40 mins on a indoor trainer was very concerning.
Have a very Merry Christmas everyone, and BE SAFE.

Going to give a try at 275. This is going to be an interesting year. Hopefully will be moving to a day shift which will open more commuting days for me (my wife didn't like me riding a main drag at night with the drunks). Will save gas since it is 10 miles to work.

My riding days and mileage slipped each of the last two years. Hoping for improvement so my stretch goal is 225 riding days.
