When you go to the swoopy arrow, embed should be one choice. You won't be sharing, so ignore that tab. Copy the embed link, then paste that on bikejournal. Choose the size of the photo first, medium is a good size to use. Like KrateKraig mentioned, use a space before and after the url. And don't use Chrome, at least for me, that browser doesn't work.

There was a front moving through the area making a nice morning for a bike ride. It was predicted to go down hill soon after noon time. It did, but I beat it.

A little reminiscing on this cold January day.

I call for and lead a few group rides every year. Some rides, a few show, some many show and some I do alone. One that is becoming more and more popular annually is the Cape Cod Canal. We do it in the spring and again in the fall. The title of the video says it all.
