Took a long slow ride around Seneca at touring speed. Had a headwind up and put out a relatively low average speed that I thought would really pick up with the tailwind on the back side. Didn't happen though as the legs just seemed to spin enough to hold the speed around sixteen regardless of whether I was climbing or on the flats. It wasn't a bad ride just didn't have any snap in the legs. Weather was back on the cool side with some light rain on the way out. Sun came out for awhile and temperature shot up ten degrees but then clouds and north wind returned and cooled things back down quickly.
