Did a short unpleasant ride today. It was another dreary weather day with a dark damp skies and a cold north wind. Exchanged some climbing for headwind today as didn't wanted to give the sore knee any stress and rode up SR 14 to Lakemont did a small climb to Dundee and returned to SR 14 over the Glenora road. Nose continues to drip incessantly and am thinking of carrying an extra water bottle to replace the fluids lost through my nose. Thought about taking the day off but with weight creeping up thought I really needed to burn the calories and at least keep the blood flowing through the muscles.
