Woke up feeling under the weather this morning probably due to overstraining myself on yesterday's adventure in wind and soft tires. Rain let up in the afternoon and though I could get a little spinning in and maybe help burn out the illness. It was cold and damp and body didn't want to cooperate. Felt sick both on and off the bike. Gave it up when some nasty looking clouds poured back into the valley and headed for the barn as it started to rain.
