Comments: Seagull Century with L. Our 20th time. Our first one was 2003. We've made every ride since. The ride was cancelled for a hurricane in 2015, and for Covid in 2020 and 2021.
Pretty good pace at 14.7. Down a bit from last years 15.6, but quite respectable. L was strong. I was tiring at the end, but still had something left.
Sporadic light rain for the first 3/4 of the ride. Not enough to get out the rain gear. Eventually, we did, though, but the heavy rain didn't last long.
We drove over last night and stayed in a motel. Neza and the dogs were along, but didn't ride.
Saw the same quad family we saw last year. |
