| Comments: Very social ride on TT! Met (Jeff?) on a Ti Aero. He shwed me the Bremermann/Lemieux loop. Then mat Jon and rode down to pier at State Park. Was time constrained and sprinted last 5 miles. Was nice to ride with others at an easy pace. ATemp:77F |

| Comments: TT ride from Slidell on an incredibly HUMID morning (MDP:77F, ATemp:84F). Completely drenched from sweat after ride, drained sweat from seat after ride. Definitely lost some form after the relatives left, shitty/rainy weather and pre-market house stuff. |
