History:

Returned to cycling in '05 when I bought my Specialized Roubaix, but it hurt my neck, and my shoulders would tense severely. Discovered recumbents in '06 and got the Bacchetta. Neck, shoulders and other body parts feel fine now.

Tried the tail sok a few times, but it seemed to hinder rather than help me.

Have done two or three centurys a year, and did RAGBRAI once. Hope to do that again!
