Started biking again in June 2004 after laying off any cycling for the previous 10 years (layoff due to work and leg injury). I also had dropped 70 lbs on a seven-month long diet, and I needed to add a good exercise regime for this now 56-year old frame. I think I spend too much time (and money!)riding, thinking about, and working on my bikes. But hey, like any sport, you get back what you put into it. |
