An average joe who prefers to ride long and run an ocaissional trail.
Organized rides: 3 centuries & a dozen or so doubles.
Longest recent ride: 236 miles (I rode 18 miles to my very first DC... rode the DC... then rode 18 miles back to the hotel.).
Longest solo run: 15 miles (first half up a 7% gradient, and the 2nd half back down. Result: tibial stress fracture... This is why I now ride 90% of the time.
