History:

2011- Looking forward to more miles with Brooklynn again this year. Also looking forward to getting in my new Trek Madone 5.3. This is my replacement bike from the one I lost in the fire. Of course i upgraded form the 1500.

2010- I'm looking forward to many bike rides with Brooklynn this year. Pulling a trailer will get me back into shape fast. Also looking forward to a couple of centuries since I was only able to get one in last year.

2009 - Well last year was a great year 3300 miles. I'm going to have a hard time beating that goal any time soon. My wife and I are expecting our first baby this year. Due date June 9. Getting summer miles will be hard with daddy duties. No big rides planned. Nothing concrete. 2000 is still the goal.

2008 - I've been riding since my Dad bribed me with a candy bar when I was learning to ride on two wheels. I haven't stopped in 30 years. I now ride about 2000 miles a year

	2011 Trek Madone 5.2 Road bike
	Description: This is my replacement for the 1500 that was lost in the fire. This is a great bike. FAST. Replaced BB90 bearings after 500 miles. It was covered under warranty. Other than that it has been a blast to ride. Lifetime Odometer: 2,542.8 miles

	1985 Trek 460 w/ trailer Road bike
	Description: This bike has become the bike of choice for rides with the trailer. The trailer is a 2009 Chariot Cheeta single. Lifetime Odometer: 1,369.6 miles

	1985 Trek 460 Road bike
	Description: First real road bike. This bike is currently being restored. As of 1/1/09 I have striped and repainted and decaled the bike. Decals are from Velocal. Very good reproduction decals. Easy to apply. Then I clearcoated bike. I have upgraded to a triple crank(from the 1500) This bike when finished will be ridden very seldom. June '09 restoration complete. Upgraded to brake/shifters from 1500. Shimano 105s. Also I'am using the rims form the 1500. This was possible after spreading the rear stays. Lifetime Odometer: 2,808.5 miles

	1964 Schwinn Collegiate 5 (6) speed Cyclocross Road bike
	Description: Ifound this bike in a dumpster in '95. After fixing the flats and adjusting the derailler I brought it to our cottage and there it sat for 15 years. I have replaced the rims and tires with Wolber TX Profile rims and Bontrager STXR Cyclocross tires. I have also replaced the derailler and shifter with an '86 Shimmano 600 parts. This brings the bike to a 6 spd. I hope this bike can be a winter beater/commuter bike. Lifetime Odometer: 1,397.6 miles

	1995 Trek 7000 Hardtail XC Mountain bike
	Description: Purple to green fade Shimano STX RC components Lifetime Odometer: 11,149.2 miles

	2005 Trek 1500 Road bike
	Description: Team colors upgraded parts-Nov '08 Ultegra crank 39x53 external bearings - Dura ace front and rear deraillers Feb '09 2007 Bontrager Race x Lite TI front and rear rims. Put on at 6711 miles. New from Kentwood cycle and fitness June 1 '09 New Ultegra 9sp shift levers. Lost in a fire on Nov. 6 2010. Fire was at the Bike shop where the bike was to be repaired with a new headset. I'll miss you bike. (Taps playing) Lifetime Odometer: 9,099.0 miles
