  Hey NittanyAgent, I see we are at similiar rankings with similiar riding methods, how about a friendly competition to 1000?  It'll give me more motivation in this heat.....but none the less congrats on quitting smoking!! Thats a huge feat!

OH NO!!! Thats awful, well I won't be doing much the next couple of days too hot....But one good ride you'll be back in action...and I'll be on vacation for a week in about two weeks  we;ll be racing strong soon.

I always loved biking when I was a kid, but was recently reintroduced to how much fun it is. The summer of '05, I went on a monumental (I thought at the time) bike ride of 14 miles throughout a large park in Philadelphia. I felt better than I had in years! Biking and this site has driven me to a healthier way of living, eating, and even encouraged me to quit smoking! I quit on October 17th, and will NEVER pick up one of those white cancer sticks! Thanks Bike Journal! |
