History:

I began road cycling at age 20 to suppliment my martial arts and weight training. I took a long hiatus from cycling after getting married, college, kids, job, etc.... I eventually went from a labor job to a much less active management position and gained 20 pounds. Weight lifting alone was not enough, and I hate indoor cardio. I picked up a road bike on Ebay in 2000 and started riding again. I now ride 150-250 outdoor miles a week, participate in group rides and weekly race/ride. |
