Description: New self built mid racer to replace Blue Heeler.
700C/451, ~500mm seat height. 650mm BB.
weighs ~15 kg in the raw with plywood seat.
Mar'11. Converted to MBB, using old MTB frame. Currently has dual 559 wheels, 52/39 crankset, and 11-28 cluster.
Needed to raise seat and swap handlebars for wider and fixed.
Renamed to Avenger!

Description: Steel framed SWB recumbent, 700C rear and 20"(406) front.
Running 9 speed, 11-34 cluster and 28/38/48 chain rings with 152mm cranks. Sram SX 5 derailleur and Sram X7 shifters. Front derailleur is old Shimano double derailleur, running a triple.
Seat is a plywood formed hard shell seat covered in camping mattress foam. Set up with LED lights for night riding and commuting. Also has a rear rack and a top mount bag.
Rear wheel disc and tailbox added Dec08

Description: Homebuilt recumbent trike, direct steering, mesh seat, 20" wheels all round, with a brushless geared hub motor in the rear and a 36v/10AHr LiFePo4 battery.
The trike is also setup with panniers for commuting, as well as LED lights, safety flag and mirror.
A bit heavy, and rough and ready, but serves me well!
Gone back to 20" wheel, for better torque, although lower to end speed.
