Most of my kms are commuting to work which I have been doing since 1985, except when I have lived in short walking distance to work.
I thought moving out to West Pennant Hills which is about 25 kms from work would kill it for me, but I have found that I am cycling even more and am fitter than I have probably ever been. I just wish the route was all bus lanes. |
