Started riding for fitness (in the military) in Mid April, averaging about 150mpw of which 100 is constant to and from work (20 miles daily commute).
I've rode the Mopac East Trail all the way to Offutt AFB (inlaws live off 25th and 370) on my Mtn Bike which equaled 56 miles in 5.5hrs.
Current goal is to bypass a Standard Century and hit a Buck Twenty ride on 23 July. I use mapmyrun.com to track all miles from the mobile app on my phone and upload directly to FB. |
