History:

It'd been almost three years now and what a trip it has been. I doubt anyone reads these, but I'll include my E-Mail just in case; hmspain@yahoo.com.

I went from being a couch potato (who went anaerobic brushing my teeth) to riding centuries every weekend and pushing 20 fast miles into a lunch ride five times a week.

I could possibly ride more, but would have to either sleep less or give up eating LOL. Who would have thought there was so much to learn? I'm very fortunate to have a good and patient teacher who gets some perverse satisfaction from dropping me constantly. The alternative is riding with someone who matches my capability and allows me to continue to well... suck.

I guess the bottom line is ... you ... can ... do ... it! Get out there and try; then try again.
