This is my second year riding. I missed my 2008 goal by 148 miles. I will up my numbers from 1500 to 2000 for 2009. Last year I started the year riding 5-8 miles then 8-10 and 10-15 now I am riding 15-25 each time I go out. I should be able to average 35 miles a week even while I am going to school. Study time is very important but losing weight is just as important for my health. I will work harder this year at staying on target for my goal. I want to get a road bike by my birthday in April. I need to focus on my goal before I will splurge on the new bike. |
