I've been riding seriously since I was 12. I would ride my bike everywhere. I converted a 3 speed bike into an 8 speed at age 14. Currently I try to ride 1200-1500 miles per year with the MS 150 as my last ride of the season. I also do triathlons and for the 1st time this year I am putting together a Triathlon at the West Deptford, NJ RiverWinds complex for April 27. IT was a huge success and we are planning another event next year. My bicycle riding is finished until next year. NOT!!! I fell off a ladder July 19 breaking my right heel. Surgery July 31 was a success. I thought I would not ride again until spring but I have been able to get in 65 miles in since September. I'm back in the saddle...and it feels good. |
