Forrest, several in the club have been raving about your journal entries. I decided to take a peep tonight and became addicted Although, it is time to go to bed, I was compelled to read all of April AND March. What fun. You are so creative and so motivating. I feel really lucky to have you as a friend! - Susan

Forrest,

Your writing is as wonderful as always. Check idomusic!

I am going to try to get back on my recumbent bike and ride a few miles tomorrow. Since my fall, I have not felt like riding but you
know what I would like to do before - well, BEFORE!

Answer to monosyllabic question. Why? BECAUSE!

Keep up the good work, I am proud of you. yomama

Keep up the good work on losing weight and maintaing a healthy lifestyle. I was doing really well a year and half ago but had to put that on hold while I went back to school.

Woo woo woo woo. Joie. Maybe when I get old I'll get one of them sit down bikes. Now, what is this poetry thing of which you speak?

Hi Forrest, It was great meeting and riding with you this morning. I enjoyed talking to a fellow Kentuckian. I hope you enjoyed our little tour of Palm Beach and will come back down and ride with us again. And by the way your "picture" is...shall we say different. Enjoy the rest of your Florida trip. Carl on the Corsa.

Ride for commutes, fun, shopping, transportation.
5/1/12 - probably not going to log many rides here for the forseeable future. Still riding, yes, but putting them from the Garmin to ridewithgps.com.
Other interests consume my free time these days. a disavantage of having a full life. - it's a minor disadvantage... I'll take the full life anyday. :-)
