I've developed some neuropathy in my right arm that I've been self treating with ibuprophen and ice. I'm going to see the Doc next week about it. Over the years I've had numbness off and on in my hands while on the bicycle but I've always been able to shake it off. I've somehow made that nerve really mad so just wondering if anyone in the group has dealt with this. Thanks.

Pins and needles, yes. But, I can still shack it off. The sooner you can see the doc, the better. Report back to all of us, after seeing the doc.

One word - "Recumbent".

All that goes away on a Recumbent.

Thanks, It does seem to be related to the computer and mouse at work. When I sit down and reach for the mouse I start to feel the pain. It may well be carpal tunnel. I will let y'all know what the Doc says. I see him on Thursday.

Sounds like carpal tunnel. Hand pain and numbness is why I switched to a 'bent.

After the doctor's review, you may want to "re-fit" the bike. Stuff changes!

I too have found Tracy Ulnar to be a pain at times. What? Oh, never-mind.

That's what I was thinking. I know my position on the bike has changed over the years. I have raised the handlebar height on all of my bikes.
