This company does tours goldentrianglebike.com/ and there are probably other firms as well. Note: I saw their ad in Adventure Cyclist magazine and have not done any of their tours so I have no direct knowledge of them.

the C and O canal portion of ride has a rough campsite consisting of a water pump,porta potty,picnic table and fire ring every 5 miles.You also pass close to motels and b &b,s Great Allegheny section has a few campgrounds,but numerous towns with B&b,s etc
