Reached my weight goal this morning.

Since July I've "misplaced" 60 and change pounds. My resting heart rate has dropped from the upper 60s to the upper 40s.

Now comes the hard part - maintaining this. Making sure I really lost the weight and not just misplaced it for a while. Haven't been able to do that yet.

Congratulations! That's no small feat!

I'm pretty sure that I know where some of your "misplaced" poundage went...it's hanging off my waist! My fear is that if I don't manage to lose at least 10 pounds before the holidays, I will have no clothes that fit by January.

Hoping for a warm dry winter, so at least we can keep riding...

Thanks.

To take care of your 10 pounds, join the upcoming challenge that I will announce later today (if I have time between the chores, cooking and going out tonight) or tomorrow morning.

Maintaining is just keepin' on with the gal that ya took to the dance.

I know a waist is a terrible thing to mind but can be done.
