Been doing a lot of Zwift group ride this winter and seeing improvement and enjoying the rides too. This morning finished Medio fondo 45.5 3320 climbing Very ride and worth the effort.

I think I remember over 600 in the starting corral. All levels starting together. there were 3 big climbs which sorted things out in a hurry. After the first hour I was pretty much alone. Averaging about 1.8 to 2.2 W/KG. Like a Fondo should be this was challenging. The longest time and distance on the trainer. Getting ready for my annual Fort Myers trip first of March. I finished somewhere around 345th Lots of riders DNF
