I agreed to take the lead on posting this thread and responding to questions as Ms. Sadie Kate is off to a wonderful mountain bike trip...

So here goes!

SadieKate finally got the new order process ready and Snapdragen has graciously agreed to collect the orders with payment via PayPal. If we can get the orders collected by July 18, the orders will be shipped the week of Sept 10. They’ll go off to the equally gracious Velobambina (to avoid CA taxes) who will ship the individual jerseys.

s22.photobucket.com/albums/b310/SadieKate/Amici%20Veloci%20jersey/

For those of you unfamiliar with the Amici Veloci story, here is the short version. Back in August 2004 SadieKate was diagnosed with MS and was open about it on the Team Estrogen women’s cycling forum. She decided she wanted to ride in the Top Hat Classic 2005 (a local MS ride) and suddenly received an incredible email from jobob, snapdragen, aka_kim, veronica and Adventure_Girl. They wanted to be on a team with her and she'd never met them! Their team grew to 15 strong and was the largest non-corporate fundraising team. Out of that they decided that they needed a jersey but that also they would try to ride one charity ride a year. SadieKate and crew want anyone and everyone who wants a jersey to have to opportunity to buy one (this is at cost - no profit) and encourage all to wear it in a charity event. Therefore, we’d like all of you to know about the re-order. This jersey is slightly redesigned for 2007 to feature a Bike Journal logo and is Bike Journal approved merchandise

FYI, NEW THIS YEAR – WOMEN’S SLEEVELESS CLUB!

May we all be Amici Veloci, fast friends.

It's fine, Maggie. She is "snapdragen" and the Janet listed on the order form. The prices went down since we exceeded a minimum requirement.

I lost an armwarmer Saturday. I guess I should have ordered AV armwarmers.

Thanks for the quick delivery, Velobambina! You and your hubby are better than the Pony Express.

Thanks to the 'Amici Veloci East Coast HQ'. My jacket & arm warmers arrived on Monday. They are gorgeous. Thanks for the 2 way zipper, a detail that matters.

It wouldn't have been fair for me to have my stuff and to keep yinz all waiting! BTW, my husband did all the postage at the self-service area. Got into a groove with it and had it down to a system (which is why I wasn't allowed to help him). He said one of the postal clerks came by, saw him w/all the stuff, and waited until Brian finished so the clerk could make sure everything went out right away. Turns out the clerk used to be a cyclist, so he knew the importance of a nice, new jersey.

Yes, any checks from jel are from me! The majority of refunds went via PayPal, but there were a couple checks.

SK....I just e-mailed you.
I'm hoping the jersey is still available. Definite yes on the purchase . You have my e-mail, just let me know to whom and where to send payment. I've posted on the TE thread, but I go by a different username on that forum.

Soggy, you got it, the women's jersey that is.

Any of you big boys looking for a stunning red jersey?
