 Global Climate "Change-back"
The weather has been phenomenal in the realm of cold and snow. In a relative sense, Thursday was a good day for a bike ride. It has snowed every day this week except Thursday. In Hilton, one stalwart elementary student biked into school Thursday. I wonder if the student biker is related to Scott Page, owner of Full Moon Vista bike store?

Right Knee pain and flexibility issues have prevented me from any ride attempt. Monday afternoon I stepped out of my truck to go to the mail box across the road. My right booted foot slipped merely 8 inches as it touched down on the icy driveway. It was a jarring snap and something in the knee's inner workings shifted alignment. From that moment and for several days the pain had been excruciating. With the use of neoprene and metal knee braces, popping Ibuprofen like M&M's, and a cane, I hobbled through it all. Like magic somehow flexibility is returning to the knee. Pain has been greatly diminished since yesterday.

The weather conditions of North America in general have been unusually cold. Icy conditions in Florida are threatening fruit and vegetable crops. All around the U.S. there is substantial and unusual Arctic-like cold. Experts have told us previously about "Global Warming" and "Climate Change".

Remembering Snowy days back in the mid-1960's, I was a "paper-boy" back then delivering the evening newspaper door to door in my neighborhood. Snow drifts were 3 feet deep walking from house to house. Seems like the weather today is a mirror of those days. Maybe what we are experiencing now is Global Climate "Change-back"!

~first spin time this year!

The "miracle" of a self-adjustment on the Right knee goes unexplained... It appears that aside from slight tenderness, and a bit more than usual weakness, the knee is functioning adequately once again!
