 ...kills my back -seat back angle is not adjustable...
The Scwinn stationary bike does not have a back angle adjustment. The older Pro-form crosstrainer 970 (which I've been meaning to fix) has a very good seat back angle adjustment.

Though it was a beautiful sunny day, sixteen degrees and a 10-20mph headwind makes it too cold for me to ride outside.
