I didn't commute by biking to work today. With 4 bikes you'd think I'd have no excuse yet...
All my bikes were down! I didn't know that until I stepped into the garage at 6AM this morning. I have two bikes that were ready to ride last evening. This morning both had flat rear tires. The Dahon has a slow leak. The Globe was flat from rim corrosion. I patched the tube and re-taped the rim holes. Of course I flatted out the Cruzbike last weekend. And the Bianchi is still down from the crash...
I gave away a bike this past Winter, the 1990 Royce Union. I've not seen that bike on the road since...Ginny and I have 7 bikes. Two are stationary and 5 are outdoor bikes. The four bikes set-up for me were all down. I suppose I could have taken Ginny's bike to work...
With any regard it seems that my April Mileage goal is unachievable!
