Rochester NY's informally organized group of recumbent enthusiasts annual rally

The date for 2011 is confirmed for Saturday, June 25.

RIDE START AT 8am
from the main parking lot of Hamlin Beach State Park ($6 "gate fee" for motor vehicles at Hamlin Beach State Park)

REMOTE START AT APPROX. 10am
from the parking area on English Rd. for the Basil Marcella Park(free parking)

The ride has been bumped up to about 80 miles. It includes flat country roads with low traffic, forested bike path, and riverside vistas, as well as urban experiences in downtown Rochester, with a stop at the Dinosaur Barbeque for lunch. Lunch is followed by more riverside trails, bike paths, and streets, and the return ride includes an ice cream break wherever we can find it, as necessity dictates.

New for 2010: The remote start for the shorter ride will be at Ontario Beach Park in Charlotte.

REMOTE START AT APPROX. 10am from the parking area for Ontario Beach Park. Meet at the north end of the lot, near the carousel.
