Today I drove to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and met with the Swamp ROMP. Today it was Joe, WIlson, Jeff, Kathy and her husband Marty, Denise, and me. We took off and set a very slow pace up the trail. I had somewhere to be shortly after the ride, so I only rode up with the group. When we got there Denise said that she left her wallet in her car, so the two of us headed back down the trail. She went off and left me riding south. I caught her a couple of times, but traffic held me back from overtaking her. Then she got caught in traffic at Furman and I passed her going down the trail. It felt good to try to air out the legs, but my legs don't have a lot to them right now.. I pulled in at the Sulphur Springs park and let her go on down teh trail ahead of me. It was fun, but my legs don't have a lot of umph in them right now.
