I took the Trek and rode from home to get some hills into my ride. I am unbelievably weak while climbing. I rode from home to Cleveland Park and caught the Trail north. I rode to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and stopped for a roast beef sandwich with chips and a Blueberry/Raspberry Naked Juice. I also had a strawberry scone. While there I talked with my friend Ugur. It rained hard all day yesterday and the Reedy is very swollen. I rode back through Falls Park and Cleveland Park and climbed the hill behind the Overbrook area. I am just shocked at how weak I am and also how shaky I feel in traffic.
