Took a supposedly relaxed ride to Alpine with the idea that a slow spinning day would be better than taking the day off, especially since it was a beautiful summer day. Headed up Old Odessa that would be the only climb of the day and started spinning making good progress on the first steep section. Felt pretty good until I didn't and rest of the ride was a very easy pace nursing tired legs. Descended Jackson Hill for the first time this year. Got some miles in but not sure if any recovery occurred.
