Still bummed out over the rainout of Saturday's metric in PA. Lost the will to ride yesterday as it was too windy. Didn't feel much like riding today either so opted for one of my default easy rides- to Millport. It still was windy and gloomy today but without the twenty mile an hour gusts and it was warm. Spun the headwind up the valley and caught a good tailwind back. At least the bike shifted flawlessly today. On the plus side at least I can now best fifteen without straining. Cardio is coming along nicely but leg strength does not seem to be making much progress.
