a good ride by my standards;
I was hoping for greater speed, but a combination of low tire inflation and wet/gritty roadway had their effect.
My mileage goal for the year is very ambitious in light of the not having done much outdoor biking in January and February. This is the last ride for at least the next 3-4 weeks, while I rehab my right knee.
It is my intention to do indoor spins in the interim. So I am expecting to improve my cycling time even while not increasing road miles. At some point starting in March, I expect to begin adding serious road miles.
