Weight is dropping a bit @ 242.6! Still taking 500mg Cephalexin(Antibiotic) 4x daily. Weaning myself off the Dilaudin is more troublesome than the first time around.
I have used 2-2mg tablets of Dilaudin in the past 24 hours.
I have begun to use less Tylenol than previous, after being cautioned about using 5000mg/day.
Yesterday I used 2500mg of Tylenol. So far today I have used 1500mg of Tylenol. I have also used 1-325mg aspirin and 2-200mg Ibuprofen.
Getting back to sleep after awakening at night has been a challenge. I have been having trouble sleeping in bed through the night. Finding the recliner to be more comfortable but I have not been achieving the depth of sleep needed.
Checked back this afternoon with G.A.Kingsley PA; He is satisfied with the progress on the Antibiotic, I have 3 days left on it. I expect to be cleared for outpatient therapy beggining March 3rd.
After the visit with Kingsley I did a short spin. This recumbent spin felt a bit tedious. Flexibility is good but the Right knee Femur and Quads are aching.
All considered, a light spin today felt to be about my limit...
