Didn't feel like getting on the bike this morning as the legs are feeling less than good. After a gingerly climb up Jackson Hill to Catherine the legs felt at least able to spin though putting out any decent watts seemed unlikely. Ended up cruising through Cayutaville and out to Perry City and avoided any climbing. At least part of the route was in the woods that gave me some shelter from the wind. Took a long time to finish the ride but at least got some decent miles in and hopefully burned off some calories. Legs didn't feel any worse after the ride but don't think much recovery occurred either.
