This short month was a month of accomplishment! Probably the best February I ever biked. I stayed close to home and did not have many work commutes, but I got out and pedaled 24 out of 28 days, plus 3 indoor spin days. Totaling 31 rides, 378.85 outdoor miles(more ambition could have made it 400), 37:57:00 hours on bike.
Today I set up a a 10mi(9.96mi.) road course. This will be my standard "got an hour take a ride course". I will generally run the course in a counter clockwise direction and expect to do at least 5 laps a week for the foreseeable future.
