Favorable crosswinds meant for a quick ride into work averaging 14.7+ mph for 8.1 miles. Unfavorable crosswinds and significant headwind meant coming home was more a grueling event, taking 70 minutes to cover 8.9 miles
ADDENDUM 04.12.11:
Feeling much more energetic today but took it easy on the pre-dawn leg. The slight headwind was a drag factor inbound. Going homeward with favorable cross winds made for smoother sailing. The overall commute time much faster than yesterday...
