A Commute with a work-out/warm-up for tomorrow's ride. 42 "C4" days YTD

With tomorrow's R.A.R.E. ride, it should be an easy 100 mile week(only my 2nd one this year). Mileage has been "oh-so rare" for me this year. No record numbers for distance but my MPH is much improved!
All is well, however. As I am looking forward to the Recumbent rally in Charlotte at 10 AM. I will be hooking up with Jerry in North Greece about 9AM. Be on the look-out for mostly old men on "Lounge Chair bikes"! Most of the Recumbent riders will start from Hamlin Beach and wend their way through Northern Hamlin, Parma, Greece, and Rochester, before turning South on the Riverway Trail. Along the way, a major stop at the Dinosaur around Noon. Should be great biking tomorrow!
