Still in the #5 spot for NYS journalers! Or should I say back in the 5th spot?
I was in the 6th position for a couple of days. A point of curiosity for me: How did the journaler "tandemduo", one day several hundred miles behind, move up so fast? Motor bike?...Did I ever really leave the 5th position?
Who are these non-premier journalers "tandemduo" and "kgoben" ?
I noticed one day mileage jumps of several hundred miles!!

It seems natural to question sudden undocumented mileage gains, especially in light of an uncorroborated private journal, from an individual with non premier membership status. Seems like a major point of keeping a journal would be to share inspiration and knowledge.

Seems as if I might as well not even consider unverifiable stats from people who log huge undocumented mileage.

I'm thinking that posting huge undocumented mileage statistics makes no sense. The point of posting bogus statistics escapes logic unless there is some contest with a prize or something. Whatever the fact is, my curiosity is peaked.

I'm not making any kind of big deal about the mileage jumps of other riders ...just curious and looking for inspiration! Does anybody know "tandemduo" or "kgoben"?

-edited June 2nd to include "kgoben"
