I have a half century this weekend up on Lake Ontario so thought I should get the road bike back out. Sun was out today and there was a light wind, and it was a pretty good day for a ride. Wanted to keep the legs fresh for tomorrow so kept the miles low and did some spinning. Just did one short climb up Burch Hill. Legs felt good on the climb. Took it easy on the return leg down the slot with a good tailwind. Would have been easy to do some speed but thought it best to save the legs for tomorrow. Beautiful weather and a pleasant ride.
