Turned into a warm one today and fairly windy. Did the course to Sullivinville today with its two long highway climbs. Legs were empty and quite spongy on the climbs. I Wws able to keep a steady pace with the tailwind back, but it was a pretty dismal showing for one of my speed courses. Can't complain too much thought as really gave the legs a good workout yesterday. At least I was riding in the sunshine. Saw one other rider in Horseheads. Don't think any recovery occurred as legs were still numb at end of ride.
